The Inheritance from my Mother

The inspiration to this project evolved when I found my mothers tailor suitcase full of patterns for clothing. I also found neatly drawn flower patterns meant to be transferred to tablecloths, shirt collars and dresses. The thin pieces of paper were cut in shapes which could be embroidered on the edge of a tablecloth or on the collar of a shirt. As decorative elements.
